Anchorage Digital — Regulated Digital Collateral Management
Anchorage Digital combines qualified custody with continuous collateral monitoring for institutional digital-asset credit. Its Atlas network supports secured loans, structured products, derivatives, and other transactions requiring controlled collateral.
Anchorage Digital operates a global institutional crypto platform anchored by Anchorage Digital Bank, a federally chartered US digital-asset bank. In March 2026, the company expanded its Atlas network with collateral management for secured loans, warehouse facilities, convertible instruments, derivatives, equipment purchases, and structured products. The service combines regulated custody with continuous monitoring, automated margin calls, liquidation workflows, real-time reporting, and application-programming interfaces. Anchorage reported nearly 600 Atlas participants, tens of billions of dollars settled, and as much as $4 billion in assets under custody across Atlas-powered collateral and triparty activity at the announcement date. Cantor Fitzgerald selected Anchorage as qualified custodian and collateral manager for its tokenized Bitcoin financing business, while Spark and Kamino were also named as users or partners. For Bitcoin-real-estate financing, Anchorage supplies custody and control infrastructure rather than property underwriting or title services. Contracting entities, collateral-agent duties, asset segregation, and liquidation authorities vary by mandate.
