By mid-2026 the firm held over $200 million in Bitcoin accumulated through this model, paired with the $235 million acquisition of a 366-unit apartment complex in Boca Raton, Florida.
Cardone Capital is a Miami-based private real estate investment firm managing approximately $5 billion in multifamily and commercial assets across roughly 14,600 apartment units. In December 2024, the firm launched what it describes as the first real estate-Bitcoin hybrid fund structure: a single LLC holding both income-producing property and a Bitcoin treasury funded by that property's cash flow. The flagship vehicle acquired a 366-unit apartment complex at 101 Via Mizner in Boca Raton, Florida, for $235 million; the property's estimated $10 million annual net operating income is directed entirely toward ongoing Bitcoin purchases. By mid-2026, Cardone Capital's Bitcoin holdings exceeded $200 million, accumulated without capital-markets raises. The structure targets annual returns of 22 to 32 percent. Approximately 80 percent of investors in the flagship fund had no prior Bitcoin exposure. The long-term stated goal is 15,000 apartment units combined with 10,000 Bitcoin held in treasury.
